Manners, Habits & Karma:
7 most important manners to learn:
There are many manners that are important to learn, but here are seven that are universally recognized as important:
- Saying “please” and “thank you”: Using polite language is an important aspect of good manners. Saying “please” when asking for something and “thank you” when receiving something shows appreciation and respect for others.
- Listening actively: Good manners also involve being a good listener. Listening actively involves giving your full attention to the person speaking, acknowledging what they say, and responding thoughtfully.
- Being punctual: Being on time is an important aspect of good manners. It shows respect for other people’s time and demonstrates a responsible and reliable character.
- Respecting personal space: Everyone has a different comfort level when it comes to personal space. Good manners involve respecting people’s personal space and not invading it without their permission.
- Using proper table manners: Table manners are important for formal occasions and show respect for the host. This includes using utensils properly, not talking with your mouth full, and asking for things to be passed instead of reaching across the table.
- Apologizing when necessary: Good manners also involve taking responsibility for your actions and apologizing when you make a mistake or offend someone. A sincere apology can go a long way in repairing relationships.
- Being considerate of others: Good manners involve being considerate of others in many ways, such as holding doors open, giving up your seat on public transportation, and not interrupting others when they speak.

- Negative self-talk: Negative self-talk can lead to low self-esteem, self-doubt, and negative thought patterns that can impact mental health.
- Lack of exercise: Failing to exercise regularly can lead to a variety of health issues, including obesity, heart disease, and depression.
- Poor sleep habits: Not getting enough sleep or having an irregular sleep schedule can impact mental and physical health and reduce productivity.
- Unhealthy eating habits: Eating too much processed or junk food, skipping meals, or not getting enough nutrients can lead to weight gain, chronic diseases, and low energy levels.
- Poor money management: Overspending, not budgeting, and accumulating debt can lead to financial stress and negatively impact overall well-being.
These bad habits can have negative impacts on our lives and should be avoided in order to live a healthier and more productive life. By recognizing and avoiding these habits, we can work towards achieving our goals and living a more fulfilling life.
My opinion on bad habits: Whether it be drugs, alcohol, gambling, tobacco, anger, procrastinating, stealing, lying, laziness, or any other bad habit you can think of, I believe “The Devil made me do it” is so true here, and although there are ways to beat them, I believe the best way is through God.
I use to smoke cigarettes, it was very difficult to quit. I had shakes every time I tried, one time I beat it, but I had shakes for 6 months. After 2 years, I started smoking again. I finally found God and asked Him to help me and He did, no shakes and been smoke free for over 13 years now.
If you want to beat the devil, you must ask God for help.

What is karma:
Karma is a concept in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism that refers to the consequences of one’s actions. It is believed that every action a person takes, whether good or bad, will have an impact on their future. The idea is that one’s present circumstances are the result of their past actions, and their future will be determined by their present actions.
In Hinduism, karma is a fundamental concept that is linked to the cycle of birth and rebirth, or reincarnation. The ultimate goal is to break free from this cycle and achieve spiritual liberation or moksha.
In Buddhism, karma is also a central concept and is seen as one of the three universal truths, along with impermanence and suffering. The goal is to accumulate good karma through virtuous actions and eventually attain enlightenment.
In Jainism, karma is seen as a physical substance that is attached to the soul and is responsible for one’s worldly experiences. The goal is to rid oneself of karma through ascetic practices and achieve liberation or moksha.
Overall, karma is a concept that emphasizes personal responsibility and the importance of one’s actions in shaping their future experiences.
My opinion: There’s good and bad karma, karma is God’s punishment or reward for us. Jesus came to pay for our sins, so we can join our Father in Heaven, when we pass on.
But just like our earthly father, when we do bad things, we will be punished, spanked, grounded, or have something taken away. Karma is the way our Father in Heaven punishes us for doing bad things.
Sometimes we get away with doing bad, but eventually we will get caught and have to pay the punishment. Although there is good karma, this is our reward for doing good, please choose good.
